What a 1,000% Surge in Shiba Inu Could Mean for a $1,000

Shiba Inu (SHIB) has been moving sideways for a while now. But the previous week was highly bullish for the meme coin. Over the past seven days, SHIB surged by nearly 9%. The asset went from trading at a low of $0.00001301 to a high of almost $0.0000150. While this is a reasonably low rise considering SHIB’s previous ascent, the community hopes for much more. SEC labels Ripple’s planned stablecoin as an ‘unregistered crypto asset’ in court filings

The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has targeted Ripple‘s proposed stablecoin in its latest court filing against the company. In a May 7 redacted remedies reply brief, the SEC described the planned token as an “ unregistered crypto asset .” Notably, the regulator did not explicitly mention a “stablecoin” in its filing. Instead, the SEC referenced Ripple’s press release of April 4 announcing the issuance of the dollar-pegged digital asset. Bybit launches regulated digital asset platform in the Netherlands

Bybit.nl brings more crypto services and products to Dutch users. The launch follows Bybit’s partnership with SATOS, a crypto platform with operations in the Netherlands and Belgium since 2013. Bybit has announced the launch of Bybit.nl, a regulated digital asset platform for users in the Netherlands. The crypto news comes as more people look into crypto trading and investing amid Bitcoin’s surged to above $70k. According to Bybit, expansion into Netherlands via Bybit.nl is part of the mission to bring crypto to more users across the globe. XRP bucks trend as crypto assets experience fourth straight week of outflows

Solana slid into the outflow column this week as Bitcoin’s outflows streak continued. Cryptocurrency asset outflows for the week of Sep. 3 through 9 totalled $59.3 million, bringing the current run to $249 million over four consecutive weeks.  Bitcoin experienced the bulk of activity last week, with its $68.9 million in outflows offset by Short Bitcoin inflows in the amount of $15.2 million and $0.7 million from XRP. According to CoinShares, regulatory and financial markets insecurity are to blame for the streak: “We believe continued worries over regulation of the asset class and recent dollar strength are the most likely reasons for this. Trading volumes also dropped significantly, by 73% in comparison to the prior week to just $754 million for the week.” Last week also brought an end to Solana’s recent run. Binance registers as virtual assets service provider in Poland

In compliance with new regulatory requirements, Polish users will have to sign new terms and conditions with Binance Poland, in order to continue using the company's services.
